Monty is Founding Partner at Digital Leaders Ventures, a luxembourg-based Venture Capital Fund, and investment advisor to several european investment houses as well as fast growing technology StartUps. He has over 15 years of experience as a manager and entrepreneur with focus on digital media. He studied electronic Marketing and Business Administration in Germany and Switzerland.
Monty found his first internet company at the age of 18 when he was still at school. He graduated in Switzerland and Germany in Business Administration and electronic Marketing. 2003 Monty found a global Trend Research Consultancy with offices in Munich, Tokyo, Beijing and New York. In 2008 Monty sold the company, found Ahead of Time and initiated an open think tank on the future of mobile communication „MOBILE FUTURE 2020: A collaborative vision of the future of mobile media“. In 2013 he started DigitalLeaders.co, a global network of digital visionaries, with support by the Bavarian Government. In this role he had been asked by c-level executives to take them on customized manager tours to Silicon Valley, China, Japan and Israel. Since 2015 his Venture Capital Fund, Digital Leaders Ventures is investing in technology startups in Europe, USA and Israel.
Monty is married and lives with his wife and his two kids in Munich Germany.
